WINKNews.com reports Cape Coral resident Jason Williams turned himself in to members of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission on March 1st for his involvement in a Cape Coral boat accident that left Jason Baldner dead May 8, 2010, according to the Florida State Attorney’s Office.

Williams was operating the 37′ motor boat at a high rate of speed when it hit a seawall near the Cantry Canal. The boat accident which injured two and eventually led to the death of Jason Baldner of Onalaska, Wisconsin. The State Attorney’s Office charged Jason Williams with one count of Boating Under the Influence Manslaughter, one count of BUI Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury and one count of BUI with Damage.
