Brais law presently represents several parents, involving five children, ages three through nine, who sailed aboard the Disney MAGIC that departed New Orleans March 9 and returned March 13, 2023. After receiving reports on board the Disney MAGIC from concerned parents and more recently having reviewed CCTV, Disney is now contacting parents and the FBI is presently investigating claims that a boy, believed to be 12 years old, may have inappropriately interacted with and/or physically contacted younger children against their will aboard the Vessel or enrolled in Disney’s Oceaneer Club.

Parasailing Accident in Florida Keys Leaves One Woman Dead and Two Others Injured

Supraja Alaparthi, her son, and her nephew were parasailing on Monday shortly before 5:30 p.m. when they slammed into a bridge in Key West. Three Americans Mysteriously Die at the Sandals Emerald Bay Resort

It is reported by several news agencies that one American woman is presently hospitalized while three other Americans have died from unknown causes while vacationing at the Sandals Emerald Bay resort on Great Exuma, Bahamas. The woman hospitalized has since been flown to South Florida for further care.
The cause of the deaths is still under investigation but it has been stated that there were no signs of trauma or foul play.
