Disney Contacting Passengers & FBI Investigating Claims of Inappropriate Behavior and/or Nonconsensual Physical Contact of Children Enrolled in Oceaneer Club &/or Aboard the Vessel, Including near the Twist & Spout Slide

Brais Law presently represents several parents, involving five children, ages 3 through 9, who sailed aboard the Disney MAGIC, departing New Orleans on March 9, and returning March 13, 2023.  After receiving reports on board the Disney MAGIC from concerned parents and more recently having reviewed CCTV, Disney is now contacting parents and the FBI is presently investigating claims that a boy, believed to be 12 years old, may have inappropriately interacted with and/or physically contacted younger children while aboard the Disney Magic, in particular, in a restroom of the Oceaneer Club and/or near the Twist & Spout Slide on Deck 10.
