Eliot BraisPartner - Law Office of Eliot Brais
Eliot Brais is the sole and managing shareholder in his North Attleboro, Massachusetts office. He began his law career in 1988, joining his father, Ronald A. Brais, who had enjoyed a 40 year practice primarily concentrating on estate planning and small business law.
In his father’s footsteps, Eliot Brais’ areas of expertise include estate and business planning. Over the years, Eliot’s practice areas expanded to include real estate, real estate development and criminal law having handled in excess of 1,000 criminal cases and 50 trials.
Eliot Brais’ representation of clients’ interests goes well beyond the award of monetary sums or the preservation of assets. With trials involving matters as serious as homicide, clients entrust Eliot Brais with one of the most precious inalienable rights - liberty versus imprisonment. Regarding catastrophic personal injuries and wrongful death claims, Eliot Brais’ familiarity with life care plans and estate planning ensures client’s long term medical needs are protected in the case of grievous injury. This same expertise enables Eliot Brais to scrutinize the sufficiency of every settlement to protect dependents and loved ones left behind in the event of death.
