Julieth Fresco is an Associate Attorney at Brais Brais Rusak. Julieth focuses her practice in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death. She represents cruise ship passengers, crew members, resort and hotel guests, and individuals in a variety of maritime and non-maritime claims.

Julieth graduated in the top five percent of her law school class magna cum laude, from St. Thomas University School of Law. During law school, Julieth was a member of the St. Thomas Law Review and the Moot Court Board, earning the award of “Best Overall” during the winter 2009 intramural competition. Julieth was the recipient of eleven Book Awards and The Florida Bar Labor and Employment Law Section: Outstanding Labor and Employment Law Student (2010-2011).

In 2012, Julieth was honored with an invitation to address the Candidates for Admission to The Florida Bar at a ceremony before the Florida Third District Court of Appeal, as a result of her score on the Florida Bar Exam.

Julieth strives to provider her clients with diligent and zealous representation. At the heart of her practice is the profound desire to help those who have been injured or wronged achieve the justice they deserve.

Julieth is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She is a member of the Miami Dade County Bar Association and the Cuban American Bar Association. Julieth is fluent in both English and Spanish.
