WPBF.com reports burned remains have been found of a person believed to be that of a missing boater after a recreational vessel exploded at the Delray Harbor Club Marina in Delray Beach, Florida.

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission reports two men were injured and a third missing after the 32-foot boat exploded while refueling shortly after 4:30 p.m. on January 3, 2010. The remains are believed to be the boat owner’s cousin Robert Romanelli, 67, of Orange Park. The explosion hospitalized the boat’s owner William Ryan, 74, of Highland Beach, and Paul Romanelli, 70, of East Hartford, Conn.
