The lawyers of Brais & Brais filed a lawsuit in Federal Court on behalf of a Tampa, Florida woman who slipped on the pool deck aboard the Norwegian Cruise Line’s NORWEGIAN PEARL. The accident resulted in the passenger suffering a back injury. The complaint alleges NCL was negligent in causing a slipping hazard.
