MSN reports two Carnival cruise ships collided while at Key West Harbor. The cruise ship accident occurred on July 27th when the Carnival Fantasy bumped into the Carnival Imagination already moored at the pier. According to Carnival, the collision did not cause any injuries to the passengers abort the two cruise ship.
The Coast Guard is investigating the incident including alcohol / drug testing to ship personnel in safety-sensitive positions.
