The cruise injury lawyers of Brais & Brais filed suit against Carnival Cruises on behalf of a Louisiana passenger for damages concerning a personal injury. The complaint filed in Miami federal court alleges the passenger was exiting a public restroom when a faulty hydraulic door closer caused the door to slam at a high rate of speed thereby shoving the 51 year old cruise passenger into a wall. From the incident, the passenger claims to have suffered a head, neck and shoulder injury. The accident occurred aboard the CARNIVAL ECSTASY during a Caribbean cruise leaving from Galveston, Texas.
