The cruise attorneys of Brais Law Firm have been retained by a Texas woman who was sexually assaulted in a ladies restroom aboard the Carnival Magic. At approximately 1:30 am on May 3rd, 2014, the victim was sexually assaulted by an unknown female in the ladies room near the ship’s piano lounge.
